Complete modernization of a luxury condo in Old Quebec City
Initiating the project several months ahead of the condo’s demolition, our close collaboration with the client was essential to realizing their aspirations. Through close collaboration with our designer, we developed a project of which we are particularly proud.
From the initial assessment, it was undeniable that our client’s condo required a complete renovation. Discussions intensified, and together, we developed a comprehensive plan aimed at optimizing space, enlarging the kitchen, integrating a master bathroom, and imbuing the condo with a luxurious atmosphere through careful material selection.
During the execution of this project, we had to plan and execute various crucial steps to achieve our goals:
- Complete redesign of existing plumbing and electrical systems.
- Installation of ceramic tiles throughout the condo.
- Installation of a radiant floor heating system.
- Complete construction of new partitions.
- Comprehensive renovation of the new secondary bathroom and master bathroom, kitchen, as well as the spacious living areas.
The final result is truly remarkable, as evidenced by the conclusive project photographs. The condo has been transformed into a luxurious and contemporary property, perfectly meeting our client’s requirements and tastes.
The residence has been completely transformed into a modern and welcoming space, meticulously tailored to the needs of the client and their family. Each floor has been carefully redesigned to maximize comfort and functionality.
