A COMPLETE MAKEOVER OF A 3-STOREY FAMILY HOME.
After being contacted by our client and after an initial discussion about their project, our team scheduled a meeting to assess the current state of the house.
The initial assessment left no doubt: our client’s house was in dire need of a complete rejuvenation!
Discussions continued, and we developed a comprehensive renovation plan for all 3 floors of their home, including the installation of two 1200-pound steel beams, to create an exceptional open space.
Throughout this project, we had to plan and execute various essential steps to accomplish our mission:
- Complete redesign of existing plumbing and electrical systems
- Replacement of load-bearing walls with steel beams
- Floor leveling
- Installation of a radiant floor heating system
- Complete renovation of all three floors of the house
The result is remarkable, as evidenced by the final project photos. The house has been completely transformed into a modern and welcoming space, perfectly tailored to the needs of our client and their family. Each floor has been carefully redesigned to maximize comfort and functionality.
